For us, achieving our dreams is all about getting out of our comfort zones. We believe that when we’re dreaming about what we know, we’re not dreaming big enough. Challenging ourselves and pushing the limits we put on ourselves enables us to grow, and most importantly it allows us to do more of what we love. Our passion has led us to go out on a limb, take risks and has got us where we are now. We want to share this passion with you.

It’s hard to describe that feeling you get when you reach a turning point in life, when you’re about to make a decision that will effect the rest of your life. For us, that point was when we both quit our jobs and left home to travel the world. Of course, we appreciate that travelling is not the only way to break out of your comfort zone, however seeing the real world with your own eyes takes you on a journey of discovery and challenges the common perceptions we have about life.

To us, a skateboard isn’t just a piece of wood attached to some wheels. It’s an instrument of freedom and creativity. Our passion for skateboarding, surfing and travelling has generated a creativity within us that we have been able to transfer into our skateboards and share with you. The idea behind beyou handcrafted skateboards is to produce something unique and full of soul - just like each and every one of you. Every single board we produce is one of a kind. All of our boards are 100% handcrafted from the sketch pad through to the final assembly, and they’re all made here in Byron Bay, Australia - a place that couldn’t be more fitting.
