Warranty: 1 year

 

We are commited to deliver high quality skateboards to all our customers. All skateboards sit under a one year warranty from the original purchase date.

 

Beyou may offer to repair, replace or refund, based on discretion, any Beyou Skateboard sold that:

 

• Do not match the description given;

 

• Is not free of defects and faults.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

Normal wear and tear in the form of:

 

• Tail or nose wear from dragging your Beyou Skateboard;

• Damage due to impart on curbs or other objects;

• Damage from extreme temperature changes, water, or moisture;

• Warping as a result of exposure to heat, snow, rain, or immersion in water;

• Edges chipping or cracks from impact to foreigh objects;

• Minor differences in symmetry;

• Stress cracks in the surface plies that are not deemed to be defects and do not affect the structural intergrity of your Beyou Skateboard.

 

Breaks due to:

 

• User error in assembly of your Beyou Skateboard or components;

• High impact triks;

• Any sort of intentional breakage.

 

Other items:

 

• Physically modifying your skateboard;

• Factory seconds;

• Damage during shipping process;

• Grip tape replacement or repair;

• Boards bought second hand.

 

Returns and refunds

 

If you think your board should be covered under warranty, send us an email via our website. A reprensentative will contact you to discuss and evaluate the request.

 

If a return has been approved, shipping fees of a return will be issued once we received the item.

 

Note: Returns and refunds will not be offered on Sale items.
